The Stretch Practice for people who want to feel better in their bodies — whether you’re active and training regularly, sitting at a desk all day, or simply feeling tight, stiff, and in need of some care.
I know how frustrating it can be when tension, reduced mobility, aches, or general body stiffness start getting in the way. And sometimes, even when you know stretching would help, you just don’t feel like doing it yourself. That’s where I come in.
The Stretch Practice is based at Peak Performance Center in Fourways, where I offer hands-on, personalised sessions to help you move more freely, release tension, recover better, and feel more at ease in your body.
Services:
Stretch Therapy
Table-based assisted stretching that helps improve flexibility, mobility, maintenance and recovery therapy for overall ease of movement — while allowing your body to relax as the work is done for you.
Stretch-Massage​
A blend of assisted stretching and massage/soft tissue release to help reduce tension, improve mobility, and support both performance and recovery. It’s a great option before an athletic event to help your body feel more prepared, or afterwards to aid recovery and ease muscular tightness.

Lymphatic Massage
A gentle treatment that supports lymph flow, helping to reduce feelings of puffiness, heaviness, and stagnation in the body.
Yoga
Breath-led movement to support flexibility, balance, strength, and mental clarity.
Pilates Mat
Core-focused movement to improve posture, stability, strength, and body awareness.
What to Expect
No two bodies are the same, so every session is tailored to what your body needs. Whether you’re looking for recovery, maintenance, support with tight muscles, or simply some time to reconnect with your body or wishing to help regulate your nervous system, sessions are designed to meet you where you’re at.
