Package options available on request. A practice that focuses on mindful movement, meditation and breath-work to ease into the body, improving flexibility, mobility and strength. Flat rate call out fee of R100 per session. Marlien is a 400 hour qualified Yoga instructor. She invites practitioners to meet themselves and their bodies with mindfulness. To approach movement from a place of ease and understanding, without judgement. Marlien aims to create a space that feels safe and welcoming. Sessions are structured around meditation, breath work, as well as movement, to balance mind and body. Everyone and every type of body can practice Yoga. You don’t need to be flexible to do Yoga! The purpose is to meet yourself for where you are in your body and to move in a way that suits your individual body, creating a full rounded mind-body connection.
